Looking forward to our next themed evening

“Schmankerl-Meile” on September 25, 2026 – our next culinary themed evening at our restaurant

On September 25, the Sonne will turn into a Schmankerl-Meile from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm!
Various food stations, plenty of homemade specialties from our own butcher shop, hearty dishes, vegetarian options and, of course, something sweet to finish.

On this evening, you can help yourself to whatever catches your eye, put together your own favorites and, of course, go back for seconds. With so many different stations to choose from, there is plenty to discover and enjoy.
Come with friends, family and, of course, the kids. Summer is almost over, and after that our themed evenings will move back indoors again.

Look forward, for example, to roast pork and carved grilled chicken & pork knuckle pieces with “Sauerkraut” and dumplings, or white sausages with pretzels and sweet mustard. Our vegetarian station will feature dishes such as cheese spaetzle and spinach dumplings. There will also be a selection of crisp salads at the salad bar, a traditional snack station in our butcher shop with all kinds of delicious specialties, and Kaiserschmarrn and ice cream to finish.

You are welcome to wander from station to station and help yourself as often as you like. The regular price is €38 per person, children up to 12 years pay €10 each.

⚠️ To keep our chefs and staff happy with us, there will be no regular à la carte menu on this evening. Our restaurant will be open exclusively to guests with a reservation for the themed evening.

Our hotel guests are, of course, very welcome to join us as well. As a hotel guest you will enjoy the Schmankerl-Meile at a special price with a generous discount. ℹ️ Simply make a note that you are a guest at our hotel, when making your table reservation.
