03.08.2026 Welcome, Jonas!
Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonas.
Today is his very first day as an apprentice chef with us. Even before he started, we had the feeling he would fit in perfectly. He could hardly wait to get started, and his enthusiasm was contagious from the very beginning.
With his warm and friendly personality, he has already become part of the team. Some people are simply easy to like – Jonas is definitely one of them.
Dear Jonas, we are truly happy that you are now part of the Sonne family. We hope you will come to love the profession of chef just as much as Patrick and Carsten, who will be guiding you along the way.

If you enjoy good food in a sociable atmosphere, our culinary themed evenings are just the thing for you.
Sometimes seasonal, sometimes rustic, sometimes refined. Sometimes a multi-course menu, sometimes something from the grill, and every now and then an „all you can eat“ evening. Whether in our restaurant or in our beer garden – it’s always varied, full of surprises and at fair prices. There’s certainly never a dull moment!
We’re already looking forward to our next themed evening and to seeing many familiar and new faces. Let yourselves be surprised – we think the next one is sure to be something special!
Come along with friends, as a couple, or why not bring your grandma or your in-laws for a change?
To make sure our chefs and team continue to like us, there will be no regular menu on these evenings. Our restaurant is exclusively open to guests who have reserved a table for the themed evening.
Of course, our hotel guests are also welcome to join us. As a hotel guest, you will receive a special offer for the themed evening.

Summer-Barbecue
Our Schlemmer-Barbecue „all you can eat“ in July 2026 was fully booked too. A fantastic evening in the Bierhof with plenty of delicious food and a great atmosphere. Guests and team were equally happy – just the way it should be!

WM Burger Evening
Burger, homemade fries, salad buffet and drinks included – that was our themed evening in June 2026. Something like this – or something similar – we’ll definitely do again. What do you think?
