As the only hotel and restaurant within the city of Karlsruhe with its own in-house butcher’s shop, we delight our guests with specialties prepared using fresh ingredients, attention to detail and carefully selected regional products.

Our kitchen combines the best of both worlds: classic dishes with a modern touch alongside seasonal creations full of finesse. Accompanying them is everything our region has to offer — carefully selected wines, freshly tapped beer and fruit juices from local producers.

And whenever the sun is shining, our beer garden “Bierhof” invites you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere outdoors.

We are also happy to open our doors for your special occasions. Whether it is a festive family meal, a wedding, celebration, gathering or business event — our stylish function rooms provide the perfect setting, which we complement with culinary ideas tailored to your wishes: as a multi-course menu, buffet or individually plated dishes — we are flexible. We are also happy to prepare catering for collection.

For travel groups, celebrations or coach tours, we are pleased to offer individual arrangements outside our regular opening times as well. Simply get in touch with us — we make many things possible.
