Our Apartment

Spacious, bright, and designed to give you the feeling of a small home away from home – even when you’re travelling. With approx. 90 m² spread over two rooms, the apartment is ideal for families, guests travelling together, or longer business stays in the Karlsruhe region.

Whether for tradespeople, service technicians, project staff on extended assignments around Karlsruhe, or families looking for more space – this apartment combines generous living with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Children also have plenty of room to play, relax, and settle in.

The apartment offers a double bed and two single beds, a seating area with table and four chairs, a large wardrobe, an additional chest of drawers, a desk, free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. A baby-bed can be added easily upon request.

The large daylight bathroom includes a shower/WC, washbasin, towels, shampoo & shower gel, and a hairdryer. In addition, there is a second separate WC also with a window.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, four ceramic hob plates, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and a coffee machine – ideal for guests who prefer to cater for themselves. Directly opposite, you will also find our in-house restaurant serving excellent regional cuisine. If you prefer not to cook, you are welcome to be looked after there – we are happy to reserve a table for breakfast or a relaxed dinner.

Our guests enjoy complimentary access to our fitness room, plenty of free parking spaces – including for sprinter vans – and even a coach can comfortably stop directly in front of the building. And if you arrive late, our 24/7 vending machines are always available.
