What a wonderful evening! Our “Wild Banquet” is now behind us, and we are absolutely delighted by all the lovely feedback from our guests. Patrick and Carsten have once again outdone themselves. And the best part? They enjoy creating their special dishes just as much as our guests enjoy savouring them.
With great attention to detail, they put together a menu celebrating the culinary diversity of local game and the flavours of autumn. Every course had its own distinctive character, making the evening a truly special dining experience.
And did you notice our beautiful table decorations, too? As always, they were created by our local florist, Rita Doll, right here in Stupferich. With fresh, creative ideas every time, she gives each of our theme evenings its own special atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you for that, Rita!
