As the only hotel and restaurant in the Karlsruhe area with its own in-house butchery, we spoil you with specialties prepared with freshness, attention to detail, and carefully selected regional ingredients.

Our cuisine combines the best of two worlds: classic dishes with a modern twist and seasonal creations full of finesse. We complement these with the gifts of our region — from exquisite local wines and freshly tapped beer to fruity juices from nearby orchards. And when the sun is shining, our beer courtyard invites you to relax and enjoy your meal outdoors.

We are also happy to open our doors for your special moments. Whether it’s a festive family meal, wedding, celebration, gathering, or business meeting — our stylish event rooms provide the perfect setting, which we enrich with culinary ideas tailored to your wishes: as a multi-course menu, buffet, or individual plated dish. We are flexible! We also gladly arrange take-away catering.

For conferences and seminars, a range of packages from our meeting folder is available.

From Monday to Saturday, our kitchen and service team is here for you from 5:00 p.m., and we gladly accept orders until 8:30 p.m.
On Sundays and public holidays, we give our team a well-deserved break — the restaurant remains closed on these days.

For travel groups, celebrations, or bus parties, we can provide individual solutions — even outside our regular opening hours. Just contact us; we make many things possible.
