Terms of Service

Cancellation:
Unless you have booked the offer with specified policy, the following applies are valid:

      •   For up to 3 individual bookings on arrival you can cancel your reservation until 14 clock;
      •   canceling between 14-18 clock, you have to pay 60% of price from the first night;
      •   canceling later than 18 clock, you have to pay 80% of price from the first night;

For all reservations up to 10 booked hotel rooms, meetings and celebrations in our house, the following terms and conditions are valid:

      •  Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival rooms can be canceled without any charges
      •  up to 6 weeks before arrival 20% (for room bookings 25%) of the total price is to pay.
      •  up to 4 weeks before arrival 30% (for room bookings 40%)
      •  2 weeks before arrival 50% (for room bookings 65%)
      •  60% when later than 2 weeks (for room bookings 80%).
      •  If you do not arrive the full price will be charged.

Recommendation DEHOGA:
The lease is completed when the room or is ordered and confirmed. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obligates the contractor to fulfill the contract. The owner is obliged to pay in case of non availability of the room. The customer is required to pay in case of non-claiming of benefits the agreed or customary price, less the expenses saved by the hotel.
